Free Crochet and Knitting Classes

Every Monday – 12:30 p.m.

Must bring 4-ply yarn for either class. For knitting – bring a #9 needle, and for crochet – bring a G hook.


Every Thursday – 9-10 a.m.

All levels welcome! Bring your own mat. $25 Membership required.

Foot Clinic at Whiteside County Senior Center

Wednesday December 4th – 8:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m.

Foot care will be available for all senior citizens. For appointments call Fancy Feet at 815-213-0324 Cost $25. They will soak your feet, trim your toenails, and give you a fabulous foot massage.

The Advantages of Getting Vaccinated Against the Shingles and Pneumonia – Flu shots for ages 65 and up

11 a.m. Wednesday, December 11

Sue, RN from the Whiteside County Health Dept., will present the benefits of the shingles and pneumonia vaccination and answer any questions you might have. Flu shots will be available for persons age 65 and older (high dose). Please bring your Medicare card, Medicaid card or insurance card.

Veterans Coffee

10:30 a.m. Thursday, December 12

OOpen to all veterans the second Thursday of every month. Free coffee and conversation. Charisse, SW from VA clinic, will be here to answer any questions you might have about the VA clinics.

First Annual Holiday Talent Show

Price Is Right at WCSC
